         <description><![CDATA[<div>Let's Do This! My name is Cale, I am a super senior at UWSP and am a member of the baseball team. I recently have just been granted 2 years of play by the NCAA due the fact I was recovering from injuries the past 3 years. I have decided to make dietary changes to my well-being and am looking forward to achieving some fitness goals I have set for myself.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This is sort of my week one of my journey to incorporate a healthier diet into my life, however, I have really been doing this for the past couple of months already.  I have been doing really good and staying on track with my meals and planning.  I do have occasional barriers but I have been able to stay away from the urges and move away from them.  It has been a great transition for myself and my health and cannot wait to continue the journey.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Another week in the bag!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It has been another successful week of training and nutritional balance. I am on the right path and right where I want to be. Since we are getting ready for the season ahead of us, training is at an all-time high which means I need to have best nutritional choices set ahead of me to keep me fueled and going. I have been working out roughly 2 times per day, depending on the day, and also 5-6 days per week, depending on the week. The main thing I have to remember is to listen to my body and know what is going on with it.  Not always a bad thing to take a little bit of a break for a short period to let the body rejuvenate.  Hope everyone is doing great and continuing on their successful road to wellness.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Getting Closer to the Warm Weather!!!!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hope everyone is doing great! I have been itching to get outside and start playing baseball in warm weather. However, we have been stuck inside in this weather since January. We have our Spring Training trip coming up in March which will be great as we head to Florida. The road to a healthier and cleaner eating lifestyle has been going great. Since I have been doing so good, I am in fact going to reward myself with a little treat to Coldstone Creamery for some ice cream. I feel I have been working hard at this for some time and feel it is time to reward my efforts!  Have a great rest of the week everyone!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The weeks are going by so fast.  Cannot believe it's already halfway through the semester.  Big week for our baseball team as we have our first game today!  Time to see all the hard work pay off! With all of the baseball going on, it is vital that I have been keeping myself in check with my diet goals and eating habits.          <title>Another week gone by!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Just like that we are getting closer to spring! It seems the weather is trying to peak through and be nice but winter is still hanging on. However, those warm days are coming! My journey to a healthy lifestyle is still going great and on track! It’s been going so good that I’ve actually stepped on a scale for the first time in a while. I usually don’t use a scale because I have a lot more muscle mass that body fat, and muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale can be a bit demeaning when I use it. However, I am down 10 pounds from when I officially started this journey and can’t wait for mor changes to come! Hope everyone is having a great semester and you continue to go strong! </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hope everyone has been doing great.  It has been a while since my last post.  Things have gotten pretty busy since baseball season has started and games are underway....well....sort of.  Due to this crazy storm we recently received, it has been a hectic time to try and get games in.  All the while, I have been continuing to pursue my goals in achieving a healthier lifestyle.  Now that the season has started, it has gotten a little bit harder to do this since we are not training as much because we are competing now.  However, I have been able to stay on top of my eating habits and limiting myself to only bad foods when we go on road trips as a team.  Usually we don't get to eat as healthy on the road trips.  Hope everyone is doing great! Warm weather is coming! Go out and enjoy it!</div>]]></description>
