UNFORGETTABLE TRIP

My unforgettable trip is the trip with my classmates in high school. Before university entrance exam, we promised to go out together and chose a villa in Soc Son to go after exam. We had 2 days 1 night here to relax, relieve the stress. We checked in at 11am on June 30 and had lunch. In the afternoon, we took pictures together until 4pm then went swimming. After swimming, we prepared and cooked dinner, each person had a different task. Some people washed vegetables, prepared meat, others cooked and put them on the tables. At 7pm, we started eating. While eating, classmates had many musical performances then monitor recalled memories of high school and many people cried. We finished dinner at 9:30 pm, we sat down and talked about everything together until 1am the next day. We woke up at 8am in the morning and missed the sunrise. After personal hygiene, we had breakfast and then walked around until 10am. We packed up and checked out at 11am. This was a trip I will never forget because it has so many memories. Hopefully we have many outings together!

A FAMOUS PERSON

My Tam is a well-known person I like. She is a famous singer and I have been her fan since I was little. She was born in 1981 but the appearance still looks very young and beautiful. I idolize My Tam because of powerful voice and youthful performance style. She has received many prestigious awards in music thanks to her special talent and powerful voice. Besides, she is a friendly, compassionate personality. She has done a lot of volunteering programs to help the poor and homeless. Although she has many live shows in Ha Noi, I haven't had the opportunity to attend. So I hope that at her next live show I can buy tickets and hear her sing live.

MY HOUSE

My house is simple located in Chi Dong town, Me Linh district, Ha Noi city. It was built when I was little. My house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 worship room, and 3 bathrooms. The first floor includes a living room next to a kitchen. I sometimes watch TV and read books in the living room that has 5 pictures on the wall, table and chair set. Besides, the kitchen where my family gathers together to cook and enjoy meals . Moreover, my favorite room is my bedroom. It has a brown bed, a study table, 2 chairs, a chest of drawer and a wardrobe. From the door in the left side is my bed with blue cushion and bedsheet. I usually lie in bed and use smartphone, listen to music after a long day of studying. I like it because it create a private space for me. I can study, relax or do everything I like.

SOME STUDENTS' RULES AT SLT

Being a student of SLT, there are many rules that I have to follow. Firstly, I have to finish all my homework on EOP before the class. If I do not finish it, I may not understand the lesson for the next day. And I can be reminded. Next rule, I don't have to wear uniform when going to school except Monday. Because I have PE on Monday, wearing PE uniform helps me exercise more easily. An equally important rule have to go to school on time and must not use mobile phone during the exams. Because it shows respect for teachers and everyone around.

HOW TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

The environment is like our home and we all have a role to play in protecting it. Environmental protection is important because a clean and healthy environment is necessary for human well-being. There are many ways to protect environment. The first way is to plant trees because trees provide us with oxygen, clean the air. We should take part in tree-planting activities in our neighborhood or school. Secondly, we should use less energy. It also helps to save the environment also save your electricity bills. Don’t forget to switch off all electric things when they are not in use. We should use a bicycle or walk instead of using a car or motorbike for short trips. So that, we can contribute to reduce air pollution, keep clean atmosphere and keep healthy life. From there we will have a cleaner and cleaner living environment.

MY FUTURE IDEAL JOB

In the future, I want to be an interpreter, which has been my dream since I was a little girl. Being an interpreter is going to be very exciting and there are some reasons for my choice. Firstly, it will offer the opportunity to work in diverse environments, such as international conferences, government meetings, and cultural exchanges. Interpreters will have the chance to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures, which can be enriching and stimulating. During my childhood, I was impressed by the foreign animation but I couldn’t understand what they conveyed. From that time forward, I determine myself and take account of learning English. I know my ability isn't as well as a lot of people’s but I am still improving my skill day by day and all the difficulties won't be able to hold me up. If I have the opportunity to work on international projects, I will use my skills to connect global cultures. So I will study and try my best to become an excellent interpreter.

There are many differences between the life in the countryside and in the city. Firstly, atmosphere in the countryside is cleaner and fresher than in the city. There are a lot of trees, glasslands and peaceful hills so we can enjoy a fresh conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution. Atmosphere in the city is polluted by transportation, because traffic is more crowded than in the countryside. Regarding the cost of living, in the rural area it is cheaper than in the city so we can buy a lot of things at lower prices. Next, certainly, the infrastructure in the city is more modern and developed than in the rural area. There are many skyscrapers, parks and modern traffic systems... in almost big cities, which we may not see in the countryside. Moreover, living in the city provides us with more opportunities and higher income than in the countryside. I think the above comparisons will help you somewhat in choosing to live in the city or the countryside.

That morning, I missed the bus to school and was late for class. I explained to my teacher that I had planned to leave my house a few minutes earlier, but I got distracted and lost track of time. When I stepped outside, I saw the bus already pulling away from the stop. I told my friend that we tried to run after it, but it was too far gone. I called my mother to let her know and she suggested that I take the later bus. I ended up waiting for the next one, which made me a little late for class. I told myself that next time, I would leave earlier to avoid missing it again.
