         <title>The question was asked to Emily Hermann how half-day kdg. teachers can keep from falling too far behind the pacing guide (knowing that RW can&#39;t happen everyday in the half-day schedule).  She suggested to try and stay as close to the pacing of the units as possible, making decisions about which minilessons are most important for their students within the unit as they go.</title>
