The exit ticket would clearly let the teacher know who mastered the skills in the learning target. &nbsp;<br><br>Questions:&nbsp; What scaffolds do the children who have difficulty writing have?&nbsp; Is letter writing connected to a kindergarten&nbsp;<br>standard?<br><br>Action: &nbsp;We have been spending more time reading and discussing learning targets so the students are able to better understand what is expected of them and they take ownership of their learning.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First Takeaway: One of the main purposes of a learning target is to guide educators on what we really are to teach&nbsp; and&nbsp; have our students discuss and reflect on what they are to learn.<br><br>Second Takeaway:&nbsp; As teachers, we should also use learning targets as a way to determine what strategies we should be implementing for students to demonstrate their level of knowledge and skills.&nbsp;<br><br>Last Takeaway:&nbsp; The importance of clearly describe what students will learn and are able to do by the end of each lesson, unit or project.&nbsp;<br><br>Questions: What scaffolding/strategies should educators use with students that demonstrate difficulties in reading and writing, mostly for kindergarteners?&nbsp;<br><br>What is the problem/challenge that as teachers we need to address when it comes to learning target?&nbsp;<br><br>Action: Implement strategies that can help our students enhance their reading and/or writing skills by using different visual representations such as videos, images and vocabularies that they can use in their reading and writing skills.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
