Starting from scratch means attending to every detail to make a school go! One of those details is assembling buckets for each classroom with supplies in case of an emergency! This can be costly and time consuming. Mr. Chartier took on the task with his usual zeal and ingenuity. He wrote a grant for Donor’s Choose to fund brand new first aid kits. Within an hour the project for $500 was fully funded by one donor. We are very thankful for the generosity of Michelle Ricart! I wanted to share with you how blessed our family is to have Mrs.Giebink as part of our daughter's educational growth. From the beginning of online learning, Mrs. Geiebink has been very supportive. She helped Ruby overcome one of the biggest challenges that come with transitioning to a new school by helping her connect virtually with another student and acknowledging her emotions through writing. Mrs. Giebink helps Ruby a lot by explaining things in such a caring and interactive way that makes her look forward to their meetings. Mrs. Giebink frequently updates me on Ruby's progress, including going out of her way by scheduling meetings to accommodate Ruby's classroom lessons and exams. Our family is very appreciative of everything Mrs. Giebink does for our daughter and we wanted to share with you what an outstanding and kind person she is! Thank you.

Colonel Richard Bratt as a guest speaker recently.   Fourth grade teacher Monica Cartee wanted to bring dimension to their study of John Glen and it so happens her brother knows a lot about the pathway to becoming a test pilot. As former commander of the Flight Test Directorate for the U.S. Army and current employment as an Experimental Test Pilot for Boeing, Colonel Bratt inspired students with his real life experiences and mastery of flying 43 different planes and helicopters throughout his impressive career.  This is learning at its best!
