In module 7 learned the difference between leaders and managers. There are a few key different characteristic that defines a leader from a manager. Leaders are visionary and have long-term planning , influence others, inspire, motivate and hold themselves and other accountable. These are just a few differences from leader to manager. It's not to be said that managers dont have leadership qualities because they do but they lack a few key characteristics.

To summarize module 8 in a few words I would use Quality, Evaluation and Control. In this module I learned audits and how important that can be in a company and why its important. Audits are used to generally provide a good understanding on how a project, team and department is running, how in/effectively the job or production is doing.
