My crucial experience which moved me to quit was certainly the birth of my son Benjamin 6 months ago.
the deprivation was definitely a horror trip!
I´m still not a good mother because of the drugs I lost my job and driving license.
However I can say that 
sometimes I still take medicine against  my drug abuse but I can give you an excellent tip: I joined a hypnosis therapy and life was easier because my addiction decreased by around 95%. This website might help you www.hypnosis-drugs.com

I mean if most of your friends are already doing it, it really becomes very hard to always resist the pressure and not start doing the same things. Most of my friends were smokers, but luckily there was no peer pressure amongst our group. Over the years, our friend group managed to create a healthy relationship to each other, and as the years passed, the addiction became less and less.
