Each action was compared two at a time, assigning a score of 1 to the more impactful option. After totaling the results, the top priorities were: using AI to predict demand (6 wins), optimizing kitchen workflow (5 wins), and applying employee incentives for speed (3 wins). These results suggest that combining technology, process improvements, and staff motivation offers the most effective strategy. The matrix helped structure the decision-making process and identify the most impactful actions to enhance fast, efficient service.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Decision-Making Explanation</strong></p><p>For this analysis, we created a <strong>pairwise comparison chart</strong> to evaluate the <strong>relationship and synergy between Tesla’s main business divisions</strong>. This method helps identify how different areas of the company complement each other and where collaboration generates the most value.</p><p>Each division was compared with the others — such as <em>Electric Vehicles</em>, <em>Energy</em>, <em>AI &amp; Robotics</em>, <em>Battery Technology</em>, <em>Solar</em>, and <em>Software &amp; Autopilot</em>. We assigned a <strong>value of 1</strong> when two areas were compatible or had a clear connection, and <strong>0</strong> when they had little or no direct relation.</p><p>After filling the matrix, we calculated a <strong>SCORE</strong> for each division by summing all its compatibilities, and then established a <strong>RANK</strong> based on the total scores. This process allowed us to identify which divisions are the most interconnected and therefore the most strategic for Tesla’s long-term growth.</p><p>The results showed that <strong>Electric Vehicles</strong> and <strong>Battery Technology</strong> achieved the highest scores, meaning they have the strongest synergy with other divisions. This suggests that Tesla’s decision-making should prioritize these areas when allocating resources, planning innovation, and developing new technologies.</p><p>In conclusion, the pairwise chart supports <strong>data-based and strategic decision-making</strong>, offering a clear view of how Tesla’s business units reinforce each other to drive sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.                                   </p><p>GROUP: Diego Alejandro Sandoval, Sergio Arturo Moreno </p>]]></description>
