         <description><![CDATA[<div>Communication between the group members has been is ideal and we worked well in combining our ideas and thoughts for our group assignments.  </div><div><br></div><div>Working in groups can be challenging, especially when it is done online without any direct face-to-face communication.  </div><div><br></div><div>Communication between group members was primarily done through email, and the group adhered to the Rules of Trust set in the beginning of the semester.  </div><div><br>Fortunately, all group members have been accommodating and professional and the product of our efforts reflects that.<br><br>This content was added to the google doc power point as well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>All group members adhered to the pre-determined time schedule for assignment submission and response time to emails set in the Rules of Trust.  This allowed for revisions, further discussion, and assignment completion in a timely manner. </div><div><br>This was also added to the google doc powerpoint as well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Two of the group norms that worked well for us was <br>1) Communication- My group is amazing with communication, we have an open 3 way communication about everything that needs to be done and it works very well for us.<br>2)  Timeliness is another great thing that we had, I am usually the group leader in the past because I feel that I do not procrastinate but these girls all took their pieces and things were done early and I didn't have to coordinate things like I have had to in the past.  <br><br>In my opinion they both worked very well for us</div>]]></description>
