Working in groups can be challenging, especially when it is done online without any direct face-to-face communication.  

Communication between group members was primarily done through email, and the group adhered to the Rules of Trust set in the beginning of the semester.  

Fortunately, all group members have been accommodating and professional and the product of our efforts reflects that.

1) Communication- My group is amazing with communication, we have an open 3 way communication about everything that needs to be done and it works very well for us.
2)  Timeliness is another great thing that we had, I am usually the group leader in the past because I feel that I do not procrastinate but these girls all took their pieces and things were done early and I didn't have to coordinate things like I have had to in the past.
