      <description>Welcome to the &quot;Stress Release  Photo Challenge &quot; on Padlet.

We&#39;re excited to have you participate and share your wonderful photographs related to stress release and self-care. Here are the instructions for the challenge:

Theme: The theme of the challenge is &quot;Stress Release and Self-Care.&quot; Capture photographs that reflect different aspects of stress relief and self-care, such as nature, relaxation, hobbies, mindfulness, or gratitude.
Dates: You can submit your photographs from january 14, 2025, to January 24, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Submission: To enter the challenge, follow these steps:
                              a. Take a photograph that aligns with the theme.
                              b. Post the photograph on the given link

                             c .In the caption, share a brief description of your photograph and how it represents stress release and self-care.
                            d. Tag your e-mail account (@your account name) in the photograph and caption.
                             e. Use the challenge hashtag #Stress Relief Challenge in your caption.

4. Eligibility: The challenge is open to all canvas users who follow our account and adhere to these instructions.

5. Have fun and be respectful: We encourage a positive and respectful environment throughout the challenge. Any entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violate guidelines will be disqualified. This activity has 10 pts.
