Sitting in on the meeting was exceptional - there are pieces of the meeting that I hope to implement in our weekly management meetings at AHS. It is obvious that the Big River team has done a lot of work around leadership strategies and encouraging all the employees to understand and live the core values, which was inspiring.  I also really value the discussions that we had that day about the messages that students receive about attending college and how we can help high school students better understand all their options.  Lastly, thank you for lunch! This was a great day!

It was a good education. I am glad to hear about reclamation of sites, water and rocks. The geology of the site was fascinating. It was nice to walk up and  look down on the site. It did provide a good perspective and a good picture for my power point.
