Integrity – Being honest when treating your patients according to the rules and regulations, not shortcuts.

Compassion – Hearing out patient's problems and have empathy for both patient and their family members.

Gratitude – Be grateful for your team members (colleagues) and things you have achieved as a nurse.

Respect – treating every other people like you wanna be treated

Responsibility – be accountable for your own actions in the ward. Eg: if an error occurs such as giving patient the patient wrong meal, need to own up and correct your actions

Resilience – Going to work and being able to work under pressure with the mindset of helping patients or others for a better life

Integrity – being honest communicating with coworkers and patients and being honest whenever you do

Compassion – treating patients with empathy and sympathy

Gratitude - Appreciate and be always thankful for the coworkers that help you and patients that collaborate with you
