         <description><![CDATA[<p>Before you act, safety is a must.</p><ul><li><p>If you feel the situation could escalate or the bully might target you, prioritize your safety. Don't engage directly.</p></li></ul><p><strong>If You See Someone Being Cyberbullied:</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Support the Victim:</strong> Reach out to them in a private message. Let them know you saw what happened and you don't think it's right.</p></li><li><p><strong>Be an Upstander:</strong> Publicly respond to the cyberbullying in a way that doesn't engage with the bully but shows support for the victim. You can say something like, "This kind of negativity isn't cool" or "There's no reason to be mean."</p></li><li><p><strong>Report the Bullying:</strong> Most social media platforms and online spaces have reporting tools. Use them to report the cyberbullying behavior.</p></li><li><p><strong>Encourage Bystanders to Help:</strong> If you feel comfortable, spread awareness about cyberbullying and how others can be upstanders.</p></li></ol><p><br/></p>]]></description>
