         <title>A day in my life</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wake up at 7 o'clock. I go to the bathroom to do morning hygiene.  I brush my teeth carefully. I make coffee and yogurt with fruits. I do a little yoga exercise (welcoming the sun). After I eat my breakfast and drink my coffee (strong and black) while doing something on my PC, usually I like to watch some series or a video. I reply to e-mails or messages on social media. I get dressed and put make-up on. I go to school. I travel for about an hour (metro,  bus). During this time I either read a book or do homework. I listen to music while traveling. I am usually in a hurry because of my morning routines, so I have to run to catch a metro/bus, or I walk very fast (not like Spanish people :D ). I get to school and study for approximately 3 hours (2-4h). I eat lunch in the meantime or after school. I take lunch from home (a salad or a sandwich). I go to a café and order a coffee (strong and black). I study or work on my PC for 3-4 hours. I go home which takes around 40 mins and read during it. I get home and make myself a little snack (a fruit). I have a glass of wine or beer and take it to my PC where I relax during an episode of my favourite series. I check my e-mails and social media. I learn Spanish and plan things in my calendar. I do a little bit of HW. I do a yoga class watching a video on YouTube (around 20 minutes). I prepare my dinner and eat it. I usually have pasta, or rice and vegetable. <strong>I try to eat local products</strong>. I change clothes, do my make-up again and go out to meet up with a friend.<strong> I cycle to the location.</strong> I have a beer/wine and talk to my friend for 2-3 hours. I go home and prepare for sleeping - take a shower, do hygiene, etc. I go to sleep. I sleep for 6-7 hours on average. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Sustainable life changes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to limit the use of plastic bags and other "one-use-only"  products, such as plastic forks, knives, straws, etc. I also want to find out what are the seasonally produced food and find recipes which use local and seasonal food.<br>I also want to live more healthy, so I want to cook more and bring food to school.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Determinants in health behaviours</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After measuring some health determinants, I realized that I need to work more on my flexibility and strength. I also need to see more sunshine as I am very pale and I don't have enough vitamin D. I continuously need to do my yoga, maybe try more intense exercise and build up my flexibility and strength. I also miss riding my bike, so I need to get an app or a card for riding the city bikes and take a ride through the city from time to time. I should eat healthier, avoiding more bread and sugar. I also need to limit the consumption of coffee and instead of drinking it, go for a stroll or run outside.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Ergonomics</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have the biggest problems with keeping the objects far away, being a messy person (not having a clear workspace), working too much without a break and not enough of stretching. I have to make more breaks and do some physical activity. I also have to watch my posture and distance. I don't actually know how to clear myself from some things. I always think that I need everything around me. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Conflicts</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am trying to avoid conflicts and sometiimes it is not good because what I dont consider a conflict <br>but someone else might have, and I overlook it. I tend to stay in my head a lot and I dont spend much time daily talking to others. I have to spend a lot of my time studying which I always do alone, and my hobbies also involve activities that I do alone, so I dont tend to have a lot of conflicts with people because I dont spend much time around them. When there is an issue with my friend or family, I try and resolve it as soon as posible because I care about them, and working on the relationship is important. Also the emotions that are bottled up cause more harm then the ones said outloud when they are said with care not in anger. I am a middle child and sometimes I feel like a mediator of family issues - I try and help my sisters resolve issues between them or between them and my parents. I usually tend to be objective, empathetiic and I usually dont take sides. I need to work on my patience because I usually try to work out problems as soon as possible and dont take into acount that some people need more  time to forgive or resolve  an issue. I try  to not dwelve on the past. I sometime also avoid some conflicts and it is specially when dealing with offices and institutions because I hate byrocracy and when I am stress I  feel like they employ people that are not competent. That is my  impatience talking and I know I have to work on that. <br>a<br> </div>]]></description>

         <title>Eating and nutricious</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that my eating habits are not the worst, but they  would use some improvement. The worst thing is sugar which is in almost everything - even bread,  potatoes and pasta . I cannot find all the ingredience I ussually buy at home, so I am pushed to buy bread and not cook. I need to stop being lazy and look up recepies before going shopping , so I could buy exactly what I need and I wouldn't waste . I don' eat much chocolateor cookies, but I do tend to over eat ice-cream sometimes.. I also need more proteins in my life.</div>]]></description>
