I would give him this because the amount time that he ruled was one of the longest times by any Pharaoh ever. I would also give him this rating because many monuments were built during his reign. Some of the monuments that were built are the Abu Simbel Temples and the Ramesseum. The last reason that I gave this rating was because he was almost the first to do many things. Some of the things that he was almost first to was the first one to sign a major peace treaty.
