         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1655, Wei's family stopped trading with Britain and other foreign countries due to Qing's policy, which prevent people from trading goods by themselves, and which closed the communications with other countries by port and ban any tradings.  Therefore, their family just focused on planting tea trees and supporting tea to people who had enough power and money to afford it in the empire.</div>]]></description>

In addition, they can not work and cultivate tea trees effectively. Qingyi Wei did not fall in love with smoking opium, he sold opium to someone who was addicted to opium to acquire silver or some valuable goods.</div>]]></description>

After several years, some people who escaped from the south of Fujian told them that Taiping killed their whole family. Qingyi Wei gave them jobs and homes. Some relatives, like Qingyi Wei's uncle, followed Taiping and started to rebel against Qing, and they never came back.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

After an increasing number of foreigners immigrate to China, they brought a number of new goods and stuff to trade with Wei's family. There were a number of revolutions around the country.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In the 1920s-1930s, most of the young family members left their hometown Fujian and acquired education in different areas, someone went to Japan, someone went to Beiping. People who stayed in Fujian and managed the family business joined the Nationalist Party because the Nationalist Party was strong at that time and looked like they were able to protect the trading business. However, some teenagers or young adults who studied outside and some people who were expelled by the family were preparing to be a member of the Communist Party. </div>]]></description>
