It has innovations and it also achieve world class performance and excellence over the past years. So as a student in CTU, my personal philosophy is to strive hard to excell in academics and to attain the VMGO because I know that this school is one of the reason that will lead me to achieve my goals and to become a professional in my chosen program.  In relation to the VMGO,  it encourages me to challenge myself in my growth and development. Encourages me to understand the purpose and value of educational experiences.  With the guide of the school's VMGO, I can able to see myself as a successful individual someday. It gives me the motivation to strive hard to do my duties and responsibilities to prove that the school really produces quality education and successful individuals. I will be a person with desire on what she do in order to become a quality individual and to be able to extend her commitment towards the needs of the region and the nation. 
          Being a person with a big dream, I am here in this institution with a mission. Since the University provides extension programs that address both the needs of the region and the nation. So as an education student or as future educator, my mission is to serve. What I have gained in this institution whether it may be knowledge, skills or values, I will share this to other people who are not given the chance to pursue their education or any individual wants to be educated. I will serve both the needs of the region and the nation through their extension programs not just only by mind but also by heart. And my short term goal as for now is to pass all of my courses in my chosen program. I will strive hard to achieve it so that in the future I can consider myself successful. And we don't know in the future maybe I will be performing in global areas and atleast I always bring the name of the school and make them the proudest.
