         <description><![CDATA[<div>My name is Marina Gurina. <br>I am an English teacher at the local Secondary School. We live in the village near the Sea of Azov. I work at school about 21 years. <br>I like any changes.  In my teaching I use many methods, forms and technologies like Interactive t.,  ICT, Project work, Visualisation, Suggestive t., Research t., Technology of self-development,  Gaming technology, technology Portfolio, Adaptative training (role playing, mini performances). To enhance learning and cognitive activities of students  I use the method of independent research, testing, discussions, participation in international European projects eTwinning. The definition of non-traditional forms , as part of innovative learning technologies, allowing to optimize the educational process, improve the efficiency of learning and motivation of students.<br>Communication extends beyond the traditional school classroom, radically changing the traditional role of the teacher. The use of Internet Tools promotes Autonomous work of students, help  students to speak and be heard, to express themselves.<br>To overcome the identified learning difficulties of the students I use the following methodology:  the methodology of the development of concentration and stability of attention;  the methodology of the development of the attention span;  the technique of reflection on the basis of auditory perception;  methodology the development of logical and mechanical memory;  methodology for the development of long-term memory;  the technique of "the Graphic dictation";  the technique of "Incomplete sentences";  the methodology for the selfdevelopment . <br>This is my blog - <strong>23101972mariam.blogspot.com  <br></strong><br></div><div>This is my e-mail - <a href="mailto:mariam.72@mail.ru">mariam.72@mail.ru</a> <br><br></div>]]></description>

In fact it is a pedagogical approach, a proposal to definitely break spatial barriers where our students can become the center of their own learning. This is a move towards the future of learning where mentors (teachers) design the learners’ personal and intellectual growth.<br><br></div><div>José Luís Fernández works for the Spanish Ministry of Education (in the National Institute for Educational Technologies and Teacher Training, INTEF). He has a degree in English Literature from the University of Alicante and he has been a secondary school teacher since 1992. Therefore, before even thinking about buying new technology or re-designing classrooms we need to think about where we want our individual journey of innovation to take us. The important thing here is that <strong>your journey of innovation will look very different to someone else's journey</strong> of innovation because the environment in which you operate is very different. Therefore make sure that you don't just adopt someone else's vision but <strong>think about what will work in your context</strong>.<br><br></div><div>To develop such a vision won't just be <strong>helpful for shaping our process of innovation</strong> but it will also be a <strong>powerful way to convince others to join</strong> our path of innovation. If we have a very clear idea of where we want to go and why, it will be much easier to convince our colleagues, students, parents to join us on this journey.<br><br></div><div>To get a better idea of what we mean by Future Classroom Scenarios take a look at <strong>Will's introduction</strong> and then check out the<strong> two examples</strong> below. There are many more examples that have been developed during the iTEC project.
