Although, there will be an initial reduction in weight loss, long time restriction leads in changes in brain chemistry which can impact our mental health and cause symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Do they though? Assess this statement. No, it depends what fat did you eat and how many did you eat.

Fats are essential part of a healthy and balanced diet and help the body absorb essential vitamins. A low-fat diet doesn't aid in weight loss or in reducing disease compared to high fat diets. The amount of carbohydrates eaten determine weight gain and loss more than fats. Fat consumption can actually aid in weight loss as foods such as avocados, salmon and nuts are rich in fat, but are quite healthy in diets.

It is often stated that vegetarians need to be weary about their protein intake. Is there any truth to this? Evaluate.
-Yes, it's because they cannot get sufficient protein absorption when they only eat plant based foods, although there are protein in them.

Vegetarian diets can provide quite a lot of protein, but not paying attention to protein intake can cause loss of muscle mass and can slow metabolism. Vegetarians have to be more weary and eat more to get the same/enough protein as those who might eat meat. Not paying attention to nutrients can very easily lead to a deficiency and an unhealthy diet.

Give reasons.
Cutting out carbohydrates always leads to weight loss

Cutting out carbohydrates can help with weight loss and can be very effective as it aids in the reduction of appetite. However, many studies find that around 12 - 24 months, the amount of weight loss is much smaller. Cutting calories and carbohydrates aren't the only way to lose weight. Another note is that drastically cutting out calories/carbohydrates may produce the opposite effect. Eating too little can cause increased hunger which prompts more intake of food in the long run. With high restriction, muscle is burned instead of fat so people may not actually see a change in numbers on the scale.
