Hello! My name is Kenya Bronson. Currently, I reside in Humphreys County where I was born. At the age of 40, I decided to return to college to pursue my college degree. I receive an AA from Moorhead Community College and I am a senior at Delta State University in Elementary Education. My family consists of 2 sons, 2 daughters, 2 grandsons, and my loving fiancé. My fiancé is an engineer for MDOT. Two children are actively serving in the Army, and the last two are still in school. We enjoy time with family, sporting events, race car events, and being sports officials (basketball & baseball). I am a certified nursing assistant and public-school bus driver. I am looking forward to learning more information in this class that I will be able to use as I look forward to teaching in the future

A. What subjects in elementary education are you planning to specialize in? I am looking forward to teaching in kindergarten or possibly 1st grade English in the future.

B. What University are you interested in transferring to after Holmes? Currently, I am attending Delta State University.

C. What is your most-used emoji and why? I love using the red heart emoji because I love to tell my loved ones I love them daily. So, this is a short and simple substitute for me to say I love you or if I agree with something that someone has texted me.

D. If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? I enjoy a cup of coffee and warmed honeybun daily. I have been eating this for years. Whether it is hot or cold, or day or night; I love to eat this meal. The majority of the time it is my breakfast because it is quick and fast but not healthy.

E. What was your least favorite food as a child? Do you still hate it, or do you love it now? Broccoli was my least favorite food as a child, but during my first pregnancy, I was craving this vegetable. I can eat this food several different times and ways a week. I enjoy it as a snack, casserole, or side dish.
