         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have seen my DFW rates in 1010 are going up. This is a course that often the majority of students are female and many non traditional. This is a key class for nearly every other science degree and many profesional degrees including nursing. I have never looked at the data to see who is failing and who is passing. I have somewhat neglected this course in regards to divesrity as my focus has been my hyflex course. </p>]]></description>
