She relied heavily on specific cases to explain some processes, and I ended up overlooking parts of her feedback. When I reported the interview to my manager, she drew my attention to the importance of considering every stakeholder’s input. She gave me some examples, which helped me realise the value of the feedback. As a result, I was able to synthesise her insights into something useful for my purposes.
