         <description><![CDATA[<p>This video is incredibly relatable to me and many other students. Tests would always make me incredibly anxious, even though I normally did well on them. The anxiety I got before a test made me skip the test altogether, and killed my grade in the class. Test anxiety is avoidable if you become more comfortable with tests. The speaker in this video describes how doing things like recreating the test environment, and changing your perspective can change how you approach tests.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Motivation is something I struggle with a lot throughout school. Knowing I need to work but having no motivation causes me incredible amounts of stress. Being more active in classes from the start is the best way to keep your motivation. Not wanting to disappoint your professors, and keeping your classroom attitude consistent is a motivator to keep working. Keeping your workload low is another way to stay motivated, doing extracurriculars just for the recognition may not help as much as keeping all your focus on more important things.</p>]]></description>
