Battle Of Fort Sumter

On April 12th of 1861, Confederates fired the first shot was fired at 4:30 AM and only until the Union fired back at them at 7:00 AM. The Confederates shot multiple times slowly burning Fort Sumter down. After that the Union surrendered and the Confederates won the battle.

July 21st 1861 was the date of the First Battle of Bull Run. The two sides, Union and Confederates were fighting on the banks of a stream in Manassas Junction, Virginia, also known as Bull Run. This was the first major Battle of the Civil War, but since the Union had bad cordination. This caused the Confederates to win the battle.
