         <description><![CDATA[<p>One of the biggest takeaways from this session was how often burnout occurs, yet how little it's mentioned in society. The passage on school counseling and how common it is tells me that burnout is happening in one of the most important aspects of a school's success. Not only that, but I'm sure 33%-66% of school counselors with burnout will increase as the years go on. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I believe that using mindfulness techniques to help relax the body after a stressful day can help mediate some of the effects of burnout. Muscle relaxation techniques can help calm the body down after stressful situations. Combining this with deep breathing can help the body physically calm itself down and may help a person sleep as well. </p>]]></description>
