The following information is meant to help you as you carry out your part of this important work. While this document is meant to be comprehensive, there will always be questions and issues that arise during the year. Please do not hesitate to call or email Minister Wanda Core with any questions or concerns you might have.

Whether you are new or a veteran leader, take a few minutes to review this information and familiarize yourself with our ministry procedures.

Dear Church Auxiliary Leaders,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

As we continue to strive towards our mission and goals within our community, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have diligently submitted your quarterly reports. Your commitment and detailed updates are invaluable in helping us maintain transparency and coordination across all our church activities.

For those who are yet to submit their reports, kindly do so at your earliest convenience. Your quarterly reports are essential for us to track progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas where we may need additional support. Please ensure that your reports include the following:

• Summary of activities and events conducted in the last quarter

• Financial reports, including income and expenses

• Attendance records

• Testimonials or highlights of significant moments

• Plans for the upcoming quarter

In addition, as we prepare for our upcoming events, we request that each auxiliary include their scheduled events on the church calendar. This will allow us to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate support and resources for each event. Please provide the following details in your event report:

• Event name and description

• Date, time, and location

• List of required materials and resources

• Number of volunteers needed

• Any special instructions or requests

We are also compiling a report of completed events to share with Pastor Brenda Baker. This will help us collectively recognize the hard work and dedication that each auxiliary has contributed to the growth and spiritual enrichment of our church family. Please send your completed event reports, including photos and testimonials, to infoffwcinc@gmail.com and or attached form.

I do hope your summer is both fulfilling and refreshing. I pray you are taking the steps needed to make your contribution to your church auxiliary meaningful and successful.

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve intentionally given you time and space to adjust to some of the new procedures being introduced. That grace applies to me as well — I understand that change takes time, and I am also committed to leading by example. I look forward to working alongside each of you in any way that I possibly can.

I want to gently encourage you all to use the platform provided below to submit your auxiliary reports. If you have not held any events or activities in the last six months, that’s completely fine — simply state that there’s nothing to report at this time. If you have been active, please provide a full report. This information will help me compile a strategic plan and present it to Pastor Brenda and the church committee.

Our goal is transparency and improvement — together, we can develop stronger ministries and make impactful changes for the betterment of our church.
