Especially, nowadays, recruiters prefer to recruit people with working experience rather than fresh graduate. Some of them even preferred to recruit youngster straight from school, train them and promote them a higher level position causing others having a hard time in securing a job. More than 50% fresh graduate are unable to get a job right after graduating. A lot of them ended up working out of their field. Do you know that, some company likes to recruit immigrants from Phi ippines , Myanmar, or Bangladesh due to their readiness to do any job such as in construction, and hard labour. They also are willing to receive a small lump of salary.

Majority of the people agrees with the mindset that academic qualification will guarantees the success of graduates for the future .This will lead them to have a stable and well-paid job. However minority of them  feel that  academic is not important as there is new career which suits their lifestyle which is influencer.We can see that some of the students quit their study to become the influencer as it doesn’t require any academic qualification and offer a well -paid salary.But for how long it will last? It is undeniably true that academic qualification has its significance important but it is not necessary for some sectors.Some companies prefers workers with multi skill and long time experience rather than fresh graduates. Nevertheless, graduates with good academic qualification will surely be prioritise when selecting the candidates for the job.
