Once upon a time, in a peaceful kingdom of Daha, lived a kind and beautiful princess named Dewi Galuh. Her stepsister, Dewi Mutiara, was jealous of her beauty and kindness. One day, out of envy, Dewi Mutiara cast a spell on her and turned her into a golden snail.

The golden snail was thrown into a river and drifted far away. One day, a poor but kind-hearted old woman found the golden snail near her hut. She picked it up and kept it in a jar. To her surprise, every morning, her house was clean, and delicious food appeared on the table — though she lived alone.

Curious, the old woman pretended to leave one day but hid behind the door. She saw the snail transform into a beautiful girl who cleaned the house and cooked. The old woman rushed in and broke the spell with her pure heart and kind words.

The spell was lifted, and Dewi Galuh returned to her human form. With the old woman’s help, she returned to the kingdom and revealed Dewi Mutiara’s evil deeds. The king was furious and banished Dewi Mutiara from the kingdom.

Princess Dewi Galuh lived happily and ruled wisely, never forgetting the kindness of the woman who saved her — and the magical journey that changed her life.
