I am doing a good job with these so far. It is always a good idea to keep an eye on your blood pressure values, high blood pressure has a direct correlation with heart disease risk.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Prevention for melanoma involves making sure I avoid tanning beds and sun lamps. Avoiding excessive sun burns and being protected when outside. It is also crucial to know where moles are on your body and to take note of any irregular moles or new ones. It is important to look for moles that are large, discolored, and misshaped. If a mole is questionable going to a dermatologist may be recommended from a primary care provider.</div>]]></description>
