Questions for panel. Michelle already answered it in her session! Do you have a central data team or are there data people within each team? If the latter is there a cross library data group where people share best practice, trouble shoot etc? Also do you have a higher-level data strategy group?

What are your tactics for getting other teams on board with using the end outputs? Likewise I'm often the sole person processing the data and creating some form of reporting - and even if I have had input from the end user team along the way, I often hit a block of people wanting to continue to do things the way they've always done them (manually rather than a more automated process).
