Valentine’s Day comes but once a year, so forget pink and red — this week it’s all about showing some love for Green and White! We’re dedicating this week to the heartbeat of our campus: Our Clubs! Whether you graduated decades ago or are here every morning for drop-off, we want to hear from you:

G.I.V.E Club

Being apart of the G.I.V.E club was an amazing experience. Every discussion we had was with a good heart when it came to our fundraisers and our dances. I always wanted to participate in events such as volunteering at schools and retirement homes as soon as the opportunity came. This club sparked my passion to help others outside of the club such as events like Mardi Gras and Hispanic Heritage Month. This club part of my inspiration of my Neuroscience major in college and to work hard to achieve my goals.

Feeling the LOVE for the Green and White! Thank you, Team Gunston, for the support and encouragement you provide for students and families. It has been wonderful to see how club activities have allowed so many to blossom in new directions. Grateful for this incredible community!

I am thankful that my grandsons, Lucas and Ben, are at Gunston and I love hearing about the clubs they participate in. It was nice seeing their pictures with the Robotics and the Model UN teams in the Gunston newsletter.
