The graph shown is misleading. The title shows you what it is, however the data is very minimal and does not give any other outside information that contributes to the data. it also is not explained why AAA is a reliable resource, or why the gas prices have gone up.
-Haley Stevens

This graph is correct because it shows you an exact title of what this graph will be showing you, which is the percentages of people who agreed with the court. The bar graphs line up with the correct horizontal percentage marks and also display the exact percentage. The only color shown is separating the columns, with familiar colors known to those parties, so it is not distracting.

Sophia Greenwood

The graph shown is misleading. Although the title tells you what it is about, the rest of it is not done with integrity. The pie chart sections do not size up to the amount that the percentage is saying. Also, the percentages add up to a number greater than one hundred, therefore you have to question “70% of what”. There are also a lot of graphics happening within the graph and outside of the graph, that is distracting, therefore making you overlook their incorrect graph.

Sophia Greenwood

This column chart is very misleading because the horizontal lines and the numbers located on the outside of the chat are not as visible to read which makes it hard to identify the exact number and where the peak of the columns are. One other misunderstanding is the different color of the columns and the meaning of it.
- Evan Johnson

This graph is quite misleading. Although it contains a title, only the X-axis is marked. The Y axis contains no information. The bars are clearly manipulated making the 7 million appear five times more than six million. It gives a source but “HHS” but doesn’t explain what “HHS” means. Visually it appears that there is a huge gap between the numbers when in actuality there is only a difference of 1,066,000.

Kate Young

I believe this chart is very clear and understanding and provides the right amount of information the reader needs. Instead of writing out the numbers in millions they shortened them and then wrote in parenthesis “in millions” on the outside of the chart. Also on top of every column the exact number is provided which makes it easier to understand.
- Evan Johnson
