My tutor’s name is Anna, and she was my favorite tutor ever. Already from the first time I entered the ward and been love at first sight. She made me understand how I would like to be one day. Every day she explained different things to me, she taught me how to make withdrawals perfectly. With her I learned many things. After having had various experiences in other departments I was a bit 'demoralized and I even thought to leave, when I met her this feeling passed immediate. I’ll thank you every day for what you gave me. We stayed in touch with her, sometimes we write and she helps me when I have some doubts while I study.
