In Jan 2026, MOE will inform all Sec 4E and 5N(A) students on their JAE eligibility and Form A via email on the O-Level results release day. This arrangement provides students easy retrieval and safekeeping of their Form A, which contains their gross aggregate scores and the list of eligible JAE courses. MOE will be sending this email to the email address submitted by students.

Students must submit their personal email address through FormSG at (www.go.gov.sg/emailsubmission) by 16 May 2025 (Fri). Please bear in mind the following.

• Do not submit parents’ email address.

• The email address must be active and accessible in Jan 2026 to receive student Form A successfully. This will facilitate immediate discussion of your post-secondary education options with teachers and counsellors.

• Do not submit your Student iCON email address (XXX@students.edu.sg) as it will be deactivated upon graduation at the end of Dec 2025.

• Students who need to update the submitted email address are to approach Mr Tan Yee Kee or Mr Adrian Ng to inform them.

Dear Sec 4/5 students,

All Sec 4E, 4N(A), 4N(T) and 5N(A) students are required to access the online services, using Singpass authentication, to apply for post-secondary courses (Refer to the above table for the admission exercises using Singpass).

It is important students register for Singpass early.

• Singapore Citizen (SC), Permanent Resident (PR) or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holder students, who are at least 15 years old, are eligible to register for Singpass account.

• Students are required to key in the date of issuance of their identification document during registration.

• SC and PR students who have not registered for their National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), must first register and be issued the NRIC before registering for Singpass.

These are the steps:

o Require a Singpass holder (e.g. parent) to register for an NRIC on their behalf (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/iconline -> First Registration (On behalf of others)).

o Enrol their biometrics in person to complete the NRIC registration at Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Services Centre during operating hours.

o For more information on registration of NRIC, refer to https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/ic/registration.
