Then I agree that Blacks are typically the ones who in a corporate environment tend to go through prejudice. As time progresses, in a way, oppression reduces slightly. Its recommended that corporations integrate ethics into their industries and corporate responsibility. 2020 was the year of tremendous transition and hardships of society. This is the year where a number of corporations have made speeches in favor of Black Lives Matter. For most ethnic individuals, describing how they feel at this period is totally awkward.
