None of them taught me the content needed to teach high school (I guess they assumed I already knew). Very few taught me how to teach effectively. 
Masters: very relevant. I learned perseverance, that was useful. :) As I try to remember some of the electives I took in undergrad the fact that I can't remember them tells me that they had no impact. Most of what I can remember that has been most of my Master and Doctoral level work. There are a few classes in the elementary education that held light and things that I still remember today.
