I was accepted into Governor's school and spent two weeks there this summer. I made so many connections and friends and I learned so so much!

I am very high achieving and a recovering perfectionist, but it pay offs sometimes :) I received one of the few awards at Gov School: the Big Dave Critical and Creative Thinking Award, yay!

I love both math and history, but I could go down rabbit holes of history for hours. I particularly enjoy leadership in history, whether a monarch, president, colonel, etc.

DECA and other clubs

I have been in DECA for four years and I have also had a tenure as our chapter president. I am also in MAO which is the math honors society.
