VT is an online collaborative tool that allows asynchronous commentary via text, audio, or video to a file that has been uploaded to VT; the file can be various formats including: pdf, rtf, .mov, .doc, and .ppt. It is a private and secure site.

Why use it?
- asynchronous group presentations;
- increase the number of oral presentations students conduct;
- provide teacher feedback (assessment as and of learning) 
- peer and self-assessment (metacognition/reflection)
