it might be time-consuming to organise this event, but with NA officers collaborating together, it will be feasible in the end (TCA officer, Communication officer, Administrative staff, Programme Officer relevant to the TCA's topic)
Kids' corner/activities to be organised before hand so as to make them feel comfortable.
Arrange with the event facility to have an extra room available for them to proceed with their Ramadan rituals
Further Research on what are the possibilities
Clarifications to be made with the TCA officer in relation to the participants' needs (on the role of the accompanying person, the children's age, meals, additional requirements).
