         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear, Mr or Mrs&nbsp;<br>I am writing to express my annoyance with the A380 flight last tuesday the 14th.<br>I fly very often with this company because I think it is the most comfortable and responsible but in this ocassion I have two problem.&nbsp;<br>When I bought my ticket I payed for a first-class ticket and when I was going to board they inform me that the first-class is full then they informed me that I had to wait for the next flight, that left in 5 hours.<br>I exprees my dislike and they offered me a 50% discount on my next flight&nbsp; and I decide to accept it. If I had gone to a work meeting I would be very late. However, I think this happened due to lack of attention&nbsp; and I suggest you be more carefull on the next flights.<br>I hope you can make sure it doesn´t happen again.<br>Attentively: Isa Matamoros</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear tacobell@gmail.com<br><br><sup>I am just writing to make a complaint of the branch that is located in Guapiles, I had a very bad experience there I have to let you all know.<br><br>I went to that branch&nbsp; on Saturday because that is my favorite place&nbsp; to eat, when I enter there the workers were not servitial, I make my order and It takes almost one hour and thirty minutes to be ready and when I asked the cashier about it she was ignoring me and the she started talking with bad attitude, I could not believed that she was talking to me like&nbsp; that.<br><br>After the long wait the order came to my table and&nbsp; I realized&nbsp; that my burrito had a dead fly, I almost spit the table because it was&nbsp; something very disgusting, I called the employee for an&nbsp; explanation and&nbsp; she was not paying me attention and that get me more angry, so I asked for my money back and the only thing that they were saying was that if I&nbsp; did not like it I&nbsp; could&nbsp; leave, I was so in shock because it was the worst experience that I had in my life eating in a&nbsp; fast food place.<br><br>I would like the managers of that branch to pay more attention to the people that works there because that is not the way to treat clients.<br><br>Yours truly: Henry Palacios Campbell</sup></div>]]></description>

I was visited at my house by a representative of your company, Mr. Ramos.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Mr. Ramos was two hours late for our appointment and didn´t offer an apology or explanation when he arrived. He was wearing dirty shoes and his hair was a mess. His shirt that supposedly was white, look yellow and to make things worse his breath smelled like he was just finishing drinking. It was very disgusting, and I really contemplated to close my door in his face. However, I was excited to see your company´s products so I let him in.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Nevertheless, he didn´t bring the products I asked to see. Your seller presented to me a bunch of products that I specifically told him by phone, that I was not interested in. and when I repeatedly try to ask your representative about the products that were of interest to me, he ignored me. So, we ended our meeting after fifteen minutes without any agreement.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>I am very annoyed that I wasted my time waiting for Mr. Ramos. He is not a good seller. I though AVON was a serious company. I am very disappointed.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;I hope this is not the way that AVON wishes to conduct business with loyalty costumers. I have been buying products from this company since I was a teenager and I have never encountered such treatment before. I would like to have a meeting with you Mr. Adams to discuss the situation and to hear how you would prevent a similar situation to happen again. I was visited by a representative of Electricity, Mr. Hanson, at my home that day.<br>Mr. Hanson was one hour late for his appointment and offered nothing by way of apology when he arrived at noon. Your representative did not remove his muddy shoes upon entering my house and consequently left a trail of dirt in the hallway. Mr. Hanson then proceeded to present a range of cellphones and internet packages to me that I had specifically told his assistant by telephone that I was not interested in. I repeatedly tried to ask your representative about the problem with the light, but he refused to deal with my questions. We ended our meeting after 25 minutes without either of us having accomplished anything.<br><br>I am most annoyed that I wasted my free work morning waiting for Mr. Hanson to show up. My impression of Electricity World has been tarnished. Furthermore, Mr. Hanson's inability to remove his muddy shoes has meant that I have had to engage the services, and incur the expense, of a professional floor cleaner.<br><br>I trust this is not the way Electricity World wishes to conduct business with valued customers because I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
