Those things are addressing the problem.

When I was 17, I was wrongfully accused of robbing a bank. I was out jogging, and I heard sirens go off. Then, out of no where, I was tackled to the ground. I was being handcuffed. I landed on my leg and it hurt, really badly. Afterwards, when they figured out that I didn't do it, I tried to sue them for breaking my leg, but because of the corrupt justice system, my case didn't even go to trial. I never got justice for my leg.
