It is about a kid (Elie Wiesel) and his family that were taken to a concentration camp by the nazis and him and his father get seperrated from his mom and sister and survive at the concentration camp and he tells his life story as a concentration/death camp inmate. I chose this book because it is my favorite book and  I thought i'd read it again. They go through the cleanng process and hair cutting process. They are walking to their blocks and see all the horrible thing that the nazs are doing to people. They start to realize that they might die here.
