• Take less than 20 seconds to introduce yourself.
• Our group's task is to reimagine employee engagement at work in the midst of a virtual and hybrid environment.
• Here's the Process: 
  • STEP 1 [8-min.]: Each person briefly shares 2-3 Ideas about your hopes and vision for the future related to employee engagement. Assign ONE notetaker to document all ideas shared in the sticky notes on this page.
  • STEP 2 [15-min]: Work as a team to identify any themes, patterns or commonalities and then decide on your top 3-4 visions or ideas for the future. Add those ideas to the red note already created titled "Our Group's Most Energizing Ideas."

Took truckloads of clothing food, supplies to those employees who were impacted by the forest fires.
