Prompt 1: Educate on culturally inclusive practices: why do you feel that way? Turn it into a conversation, and do not assume negative intent. Try to understand where they are coming from and the impact in the classroom. Tell me more about this. What has led you to prioritize this activity? What do you think children this age should be experiencing at this age?
