1)I had to create a PowerPoint about myself and then present it to the class, this included how I coped in lockdown and information about me.
2)this developed my communication as it made me feel more comfortable around my classmates as we didn't know each other that well.
3)this went well as everyone listened to what I was saying and they asked questions at the end which shows they were interested.
4) I could improve this by making the PowerPoint a little bit longer and being more confident in my ability.
Evidence 2- enrolment.
1) This was when I came in to have a chat with the public service teachers, during this chat they asked for my GCSE results, why I wanted to join this course and then they explained what the course was.
2) This developed my communication as I needed to listen to what they had to say but then also answer their questions. I also had an opportunity to ask my questions as well.
3) I thought I listened to them very well and I had taken in all there information. I also answered their questions in detail.
4) I could improve by asking more questions and being more confident when talking.
Evidence 3- Job interview
1) This interview was over the phone and they asked me about 10 questions which included why I wanted the job and why they should hire me for this role.
2) This developed my communication skills because it made me feel more comfortable talking over the phone and also talking to new people.
3) I thought I answered the questions really well as I included examples and included lots of detail. I Also got the job.

1) we had to create a PowerPoint together about what an active citizen is and many other things.
2) this developed my communication as it made me feel more confident when talking to people.
3) This went well as everyone listened and understood what we was saying. It also went well as we got a distinction.
4) we could have improved by not reading of the board as much and engage more with the audience.
Evidence 2- first netball win.
1) we had to communicate with each other when passing and defending so it was easier to move the ball.
2) this developed my communication as it made me more comfortable communicating with my new teammates.
3) This went well as we won the match and everyone listened to what everyone had to say. This made the match run smoothly and reduced the number of mistakes.
4) we could have improved our communication at the breaks and give feedback to one another.
Evidence 3- Kelly's teamwork exercise (building tower)
1) we had to split into teams and use the different parts to build the tallest tower.
2) this developed our communication as it made me feel more comfortable around my classmates which I had just met.
3) this went well as everyone got involved and played a part in building the tower, even if it was just telling people what to do or handing someone a part.

1) The Barnsley college netball team played a netball game against another college.
2) this developed my leadership skills as I was encouraging my teammates throughout the game and giving them advice. This also improved my confidence.
3) This went well as my teammates were listening to my advice and encouragement and therefore we won the game. It also made the team more relaxed and comfortable around each other when communicating.
4) I could have improved by being more confident when talking to my teammates.
Evidence 2- comic relief charity event- sponging teachers.
1)We had to plan a charity event to raise money for comic relief and we decided to do sponge a teacher.
2) This developed my leadership skills as I had to give out instructions to teachers telling them what time they were on. But i also had to go around asking teachers to participate.
3)This went well as everyone got involved in our event and everyone was enjoying it. This shows we planned the event very well and it was appealing to others.
4) I could have improved by sharing more of my ideas with my group.
Evidence 3-Children in need charity event- netball challenge.
1) My class had to plan a charity event to raise money for children in need and my group decided to do a netball challenge.
2)This developed my leadership skills as we had to explain the rules to the people participating and plan our whole event.
3) This went well as everyone who took part really enjoyed it and we managed to raise a reasonable amount of money.

1) this has developed my time management skills
2) overall throughout the two years of this course I have managed to get every assignment in on time.

Evidence 2- attending all lessons on time
1) this has developed my punctuality.
2) Therefore my attendance is above 95% as i attend the lessons on time
3) However I could also improve my attendance and get it higher to do this I will make sure i attend every lesson

Evidence 3- balancing college work with my job
1) developed my ability to make sure I get all my assignments done to the best of my ability while managing a job, and also improved my time management.

1) I do this instead of buying bottles of water
2)I do this as it helps the environment and reduces the amount of water bottles being used.
3) However even though I use reusable bottles most of the time I sometimes forget it and have to buy a bottle of water. Therefore I could improve on not forgetting my bottle.

Evidence 2- I use reusable straws
1) I do this instead of using plastic straws that aren't good for the environment
2)Therefore using reusable straws is better for the environment.

Evidence 3- I only use my car for essential journeys and walk to places that are close by so I don't have to use my car
1)I do this as it reduces pollution.

1) I did this as I didn't get the grade I wanted in the first exam.
2) Because I did a resit this improved my grade as in the second exam I achieved a distinction.
3) Therefore this went well as I did more revision building up to the exam and reached the grade I wanted.

Evidence 2- Coming back from a loss in netball
1) This was when after a loss the team showed resilience as everyone came back to training the day after a spoke about what went well and what didn't go well.
2)Therefore coming back to training show resilience as I didn't give up and the next match we went on to win

Evidence 3- Balancing college work and a job
1) This developed my resilience as I didn't give up on any assignments and managed to get them all in on time while having a part time job.
