I can see this enterprise keeps focusing on how to improve the life of  homeless people, not only include helping them to find a job but also helping them to reflect on their life experiences. This program doesn’t consume much money but is effective and meaningful. I guess it is mainly because they really stay close to the problem and they show empathy with homeless people.

To me, the main learning I got from the session was that a true, successful social entrepreneur cares about their issue and in many cases can be directly involved / affected by the issue at hand. In all of the organisations mentioned, the people who came up with a solution had observed the issue or been directly affected by the issue.
