The resources reminded me that when I neglect my own emotional and physical well-bring, I become less effective in helping students. It is important that I maintain balance and set boundaries in order to serve them well.</p>]]></description>

         <title>My Self-Care Strategies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Two strategies I use to practice good self-care are starting my mornings early with exercise and a daily devotion. Taking the time to move my body and center myself spiritually helps me begin each day with focus, gratitude, and a calm mindset. These routines allow me to manage stress more effectively, stay emotionally grounded, and keep a positive outlook that carries into my daily interactions with students and co-workers.</p>]]></description>
