Buses can get you anywhere around Singapore as long as you have the patience to wait for them and sometimes squeeze in the cramp spaces during peak hours. But most students and workers take the bus to school and work in the early morning and go home late at night. As bus fares are not as expensive as taking the taxi or using grab, most people would prefer taking the bus ride when they are not in a hurry.
