.Attend all rehearsals and tech runs and take notes on everything that occurs or any changes such as a in lines or blocking. And make a regularly report to the director and type up any changes that need to reported to crew and ensemble.

 Stage Manager-
.Ensured to take notes during rehearsal about any changes or note taking general and give to assistant or director when needed.
.Create schedule,having marked out  the set layout and have all changes updated on the cue sheet and calling the cues
.Ensuring that all props and costumes are ready for when they are needed and have them positioned in the correct place.

.Ensuring that they never miss a rehearsal and take notes on lighting and sound and report back to director and any changes made communicate with the sound and lighting crew or even changes with costume.
 

Set and Props Design-
.Job is to read the play and take inspiration from it for their work.
.To come up with the director vision of what they want things to look like.
.Sketch all ideas in a book and present it to the director and work off their response.
 
Marketing-
.Job is to sell the show to the audience by maybe creating a poster or trailer and using a social media as a platform to adverts
.Get the director vision across to the audience
.Coming up with creative ways to get the public knowing about the upcoming perfomance and buy tickets.

Lighting Designer-
.Have cues correctedly set according to the directors wishes
.Working along side the directors to create the director vision

Costume Desginer-
.Produce costumes to convey meaning to audience through the direction eyes
.Knowing and keep tabs on the whereabouts of all costumes
.Tallk with the director and show drawing of costume and recieve director feedback to improve.

Sound Engineer-
.Talk to director to understand his needs and wants to have an understanding of what type of music to show and recieve feedback to see if its a good fit or not.
.Carry out  and organise lighting cues for the perfomances.

Assistant Director-
.To understand the director choices and support it
.Fill in for the director when they are absent.
.Report all changes or improvements back to the director.
