Demonstrate or invite teachers to observe a flipped classroom, and see the benefits. Eg. more face-time for deep learning in class. 
Remove the fear that flipped learning is difficult to do. Eg. collaboration in groups.  
Shift the mindset from top-down to a bottom-up where teachers will value flipped learning as useful strategies to improve learning. eg. foster independence, increased engagement.
